Cooking Tips: Pre-Cooked Frozen Lobster.
While fresh lobster can be time-consuming to prepare, frozen lobster keeps for months in your freezer and is ready to cook at any time.
Option 1: Stovetop Method
- Bring a pot of water to a boil over high heat
 - Place the lobster into the pot and remove the pot from the heat
 - Let the lobster sits in the hot water for 8-10 minutes
 - Remove the lobster from the pot and check that the meat in the tail is completely hot.
 
Option 2: Steam Method
- Bring a pot of water to a boil over high heat
 - Steam the lobster for 8-10 minutes
 
Option 3: Oven Method
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
 - Cover and wrap the lobster with foil, add some butter in the wrap.
 - Heat in the oven for approximately 10 minutes.
 - Take out of the oven and serve.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
 - Cut the lobster in half, lay on a sheet tray. Top with butter
 - Heat in the oven for approximately 10-15 minutes
